When I reset my password and attempted to login I was met with a message saying "Before you can continue using TopTracker, we need to verify your account" and I'd be emailed instructions. I hadn't changed it, however it's not uncommon to require an updated password periodically for security reasons, so I thought nothing of it. When I attempted to login I was unable to do so because my username/password was incorrect. On Friday 8/27/21 I attempted to access my TopTracker account to input the last day's hours and prepare it for payment processing.
